Chef Amelia Irene welcomes the members of the Delta Sigma Theta Fayetteville Alumnae Chapter to gather for a healthy soul cooking class! We are gathering on Saturday, February 19th at 3:00pm for an afternoon of sisterhood. Participants of this private cook along class will enjoy cooking together virtually as they prepare two dishes together with the instruction of Chef Amelia. Our goal is to show you how to take common ingredients, add a southern flair with a lot of soul that are healthy but more importantly full of flavor! Participants will create our signature Veggie or Shrimp Creole and our Apple Cobbler Crumble. You are more than welcome to substitute the apples for your favorite seasonal fruit!
We provide participants an opportunity to bring the flavor of Chef Amelia to your cooking class experience as if she has prepared them personally!
