A sisterly relations cooking class to promote heart health and well-being! Chef Amelia Irene will host this private cook along class for a group of Sorors with the intent of bringing awareness to the benefits of eating a healthy diet to prevent cardiovascular diseases prevalent in the African American community. Participate in either demonstration or cook-along mode to learn how to prepare a delicious Chermoula sauce prevalent in Tunisian and Moroccan cuisine. Traditionally used as both a marinade or sauce it is amazing on vegetables, seafood and other meats. Chef Amelia Irene will demonstrate both Chermoula Salmon and Chermoula Cauliflower Steaks.
