Join the Jack and Jill Burlington County Chapter for a fun virtual cooking class featuring Chef Amelia Irene on Saturday, February 26th! Participants of this private cook along class will enjoy cooking together virtually as they prepare three dishes together with the instruction of Chef Amelia. Our goal is to show you how to create a healthy meal that is both delicious and easy to prepare using ingredients that are readily available. Participants will create Chef Amelia’s guacamole, salmon or cauliflower steaks with chermoula sauce and a vegan cobbler crumble!
To ensure participants are able to create dishes as if Chef Amelia has prepared them personally she has curated a cook along spice box that contains her signature spice blends used in the recipes and a second box option that includes the dry mix for her vegan cobbler crumble. The spice box can be purchased by clicking the links below! Price includes shipping. Participants will also receive the recipe guide and shopping list for perishable items. To ensure receipt prior to class all boxes must be purchased by February 20th!
