Queen Esther Ministry of First Baptist Church of Glenarden is hosting Chef Amelia Irene for this private cook along class! Participants will enjoy cooking together virtually as they prepare two dishes together while enjoying a demonstration of an entree that Chef Amelia will create during the class. Our goal is to show you how to take world cuisine and add a southern flair with a lot of soul! Participants will create our signature Mexicali Blues Guacamole and our Apple or Mixed Berry Cobbler Crumble. Chef Amelia Irene will also demonstrate her poblano sauce and how this easy sauce can be used for both vegetarian and pescatarian dishes!
To ensure participants are able to create dishes as if Chef Amelia has prepared them personally she has curated a limited quantity of cook along spice boxes that contain all of her signature spice blends used in the recipes along with essential cooking accessories.
