These are the three that started it all during our Cooking Classes by Chef Amelia Irene the need to combine spices to simplify the cooking process of class participants who didn’t want to spend the time combining the herbs and spices for recipes shared. These blends were curated to simplify recipes developed for her weekly plant based classes.

Curry is great for stews, vegetables and our personal favorite chickpea chana! Cobbler spice is the perfect blend for pies, cobblers, candied sweet potato and pumpkin dishes and more. Our favorite way to use it is a delicious addition to a cup of coffee! Our Soul blend is a wonderful replacement to season salt! This blend helps to bring amazing flavor to all of your dishes while lowering your salt intake. It is the perfect all purpose blend.
